Return Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with any supplement you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping and handling) within 60 days from the date of purchase. Products must be in a factory-sealed container for refund. You are responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the original order was the result of our error. Please contact the Longevity Store at 866-86YOUNG option #1 for return instructions.

• Box may be opened but not damaged
• Customer may apply for refund within 7 days of receipt.
• After 7 days a $25.00 restocking fee will apply.
•  After 30 days we will no longer accept returns.
• Customer is responsible for all costs of bringing package to any clinic or shipping to Kirkland clinic (9757 NE Juanita Drive Ste. 200, Kirkland, WA 98034)
• Package must include receipt
• S&H costs at time of purchase will not be refunded
• Refund may be given onsite or mailed
